Need AI content for "difficult" niches? Try mistral.ai

Hi Community,

The news these days about mistral.ai made me curious and I signed-up for it. Despite the 'waiting list' warning, it took less than 24 hours to be granted full access.

The API and Web-Access are still far away from what OpenAI is offering, but after running some tests on creating XXX content and negative reviews +  comments, the engines are doing their job pretty well ... I did not encounter any filters at all. Commands are pretty much the same as with OpenAI, just the Python-script needs to be adapted to the API.

'mistral-small' seems to be right for content in English, for other languages (I tried German), 'mistral-medium' is generating much better outcome.

Just FYI in case anyone is looking for AI content in niches filtered out by other AI language models.

  • has anyone tried combining Mistral AI with tools like Quilbot or Grammarly to polish the content a bit more before posting? I'm curious how it holds up for more technical or regulated niches where quality checks are key.

I’ve been working with finance and legal niches and getting decent results using Brandwell.ai It doesn’t choke on long-tail keywords or weird subtopics, which is where other tools I've tried failed. Feels way more stable with tricky prompts, even when I push it hard with local modifiers or less-common subject matter. Still needs manual edits, but the base content is way more usable straight out of the gate.
