Cleaning up the indexing services in SER

I've just been through all the indexing services integrated into SER and the following domains look to be dead/expired:

bulkaddurl.com

fastlinkindexer.com

linkindexr.info

xindexer.com

And the following services have content on the domain but look dead:

indexautopilot.com

indexingexpert.com

I see same thing with the regular blog search pinging engines.

Same few keep failing for me so its seems like waste of resources trying to ping spam sites that are down.

I wish I could offer more detailed example but I guess you may know best way to test them. (maybe project specific issue not 100 percent sure)

And I'm not exactly sure what a "ping job" is IRL but It be nice to have  "2930 ping jobs" waiting.

One of my favorite parts of SER is after it inserts my link for me, it gives me a "ping job" then notifys me when shes done

the ping list is automatically cleaning itself up...It gives up on the services that fail a lot in a row and only re-tests them after a while and ill enable them if ok again.
