Cleaning up the indexing services in SER

I've just been through all the indexing services integrated into SER and the following domains look to be dead/expired:

bulkaddurl.com

fastlinkindexer.com

linkindexr.info

xindexer.com

And the following services have content on the domain but look dead:

indexautopilot.com

indexingexpert.com

the ping list is automatically cleaning itself up...It gives up on the services that fail a lot in a row and only re-tests them after a while and ill enable them if ok again.
