What Happens with Identified urls when are Submitted?

I have a project that is only using the identified list for the type of backlinks and not scraping search engines. My question is, after the url in the identified list is visited by the software and submitted to, is the url then moved to either the successfully submitted txt file or the failed txt and gets removed from the identifited txt, or those it stay in the identified txt file and also get placed in the successful/failed txt file?

    No, the URL is not removed from any list.
