help cannot register my software

Tried out the trial version on a VPS with poweruphosting till the trial expired
now we have the purchase Name and Serials. We tried registering the software

on the VPS, but it keeps going back and forth.

First screen tells you that the demo expired, then when I click the register button

a window for Name and serial comes up which I then input my details.

After which the software tells me to restart which I do, but it rolls back again to
the demo version which is expired.

You are probably one space or one capitalization incorrect which is causing that. Make sure there are no spaces either in front or after the serial number. And your name must be typed *exactly* as it says in the confirmation email.
