Feature request: Only build links to indexed urls

For tiering purposes, Is there anyway you can add an option to only build links to indexed verified urls?

    SER does not know if a URL is indexed. For it to do this would add another whole layer of overhead that I am sure @Sven would not do.

    Besides, why would you even want to do this? Part of the purpose of building Tier2 backlinks to Tier1 backlinks is to get the Tier1 backlinks indexed. You should WANT them to GET indexed, not just build links to them if they HAPPEN to get indexed.
