Using Random Urls in Tiers

If I use "Article" for some tier backlinking in GSA Search Engine Ranker and have some a href anchor text urls in the article summery pointing to my money site.

What code can I use to randomize these urls with anchor texts so they are not pointing to my money site but to random sites pointing to my money site?
