Index-check banned

When I see "Index-check banned" when doing a index check on GSA SER. Does that mean the site is banned from google indexing? 

The status of the page is that it can be indexed.

Nm figured it out vis the manual. Ip is banned from checking.

    It means your ip or proxy is banned to o searches on google.
