I placed 23 links in a project, and the anchor text and target article did not match.

I have placed 23 urls for a project, each URL corresponds to a keyword, and I want to build contextual backlinks for each link. So I prepared 23 articles, but when I previewed them, I found that my articles did not match the anchor text in them. For example, in the article "If you get a loan", the anchor text inserted in it was "dog toys" or something like that. ,
How to make them match exactly? Articles match corresponding anchor text

    If you want an exact link in an exact location on an article, then just add it yourself via html when defining the article, and select 'No Change' from the 'How to Link' dropdown.

    Or if you want to lock keywords to a specific url, you can use http://yourlink.com#{keyword1|keyword2|keyword3}

    http://yourlink.com#{keyword1|keyword2|keyword3}      Put this in the body of the article?
    I tried the html method but it doesn't successfully jump to the link I put in
