Bad backlinks

Hi,

   When i look in the "site_list-verify" folder, I realize that many
backlinks have been created with other domain names, ex: In the file
"sitelist_Article-Article Script.txt", the backlink: http://okzz.info/article.php?id=3008 instead of directing to my website: www.allergi....com makes reference to the site: http://www.schmitz-ferienwohnung.de/cgi-bin/gbs/gb.cgi

  Does anyone has an explanation?

  I said that this situation is repeated several times in the logs of blogs, forums, microblogs ...

I got that in the past too sometimes.

Checking "links must have exact url" solved that.
