only unique targets urls for all projects

Hi all
there are 50 projects
there is 1k target urls

how to import 1k target URLs but so that links are not placed in the same target URL in different projects

so that there are only unique targets urls for all projects

    1. select project
    2. right click on them->import target urls->from file...
    3. You get asked "Split list (each project a couple of URLs)?" -> YES
