    I mean that links from other random projects should be inserted into each article of each project and anchors should be taken from their list of keywords

    How can I do that ?

    you can only ad links from same project's verified URLs or from the main project in case it is a tier project.

    options are on article manager where you can define how many links to add to the submitting article.
