Captcha solving fails

I'm using GSA WC and solving captchas with GSA CB + Captcha AI, but I keep seeing 'zero_balance' on the captcha/info for Captcha AI during posting. When I look at stats in CB it shows 700 successes and 22k failed with a 3% success ratio for captchaai.
  1. I'm running 250 threads on 50 proxies
  2. I've got 15 threads on captcha ai
What am I doing wrong? Is it simply going too fast for captcha ai to catch up?  :/

    Please contact the captchaAI support as I think that they have some issue here.
