Adding articles manually

Hello, I'm trying to create new projects on the fly, figured you could do that by just creating a new .PRJ and .ARTICLE files, everything seems to be pretty straightforward with the .PRJ , but at the end of each article is some characters like 2D39F97B , so the question is - are these just some random characters to mark the end of article, or this is something important like tracking and can't be generated by hand?

    its a hash over the article. But it's ok if this is somehow unique in it*s own way. Just try to use HEX (0-9,A-F) and 8 chars.
