Poor website penetration

The software doesn't penetrate websites well. There are very few software and links posted. I tried many different proxies. I cooperate with various proxy services. Loaded links for posting from site_list-verify. The results are very deplorable. Can anyone help?

    Each project initially loaded approximately 1,700,000 links. Links were taken from the site_list-verify folders Article, Blogs, Web 2.0. Links were loaded into each project via “import target URL”. I use private proxies. Solving captcha -Xevil 6.0.43

    thats just the amount of target urls...what about the engines detected, what about submitted/verified list?
