captcha breaker not working for some reason

I installed the captcha breaker and followed along with the steps and for some reason it isn't working properly with GSA website contact.

Can someone help please?

what exactly does "not proper" mean? Is it solving captchas at all?

If not, try to restart GSA Website Contact as admin.
