Rotating Proxy Installation

Bit of a basic questions hopefully. 

Just purchased Backconnect rotating proxies but the format in which they are delivered in the proxy dsahboard and what GSA SER is asking are different. I've tried a few different formats but cannot get the proxy to pass. 

Am i correct in going, 

Add Proxy > single proxy > web ? 

I'm using storm proxies and they provide a "gateway" so how do i get the login:password@host:port layout?

Usually you can import them from clipboard on that ADD popup menu (last entries). There you can choose between the login:password@host:port format or the host:port:login:password one.
