Ho to build your own list specific to certain categories - Footprints

I am a beginner with GSA Ranker - trying to make it work
How do I scrape a list of websites to use with GSA Ranker that is relevant to my keywords with a high chance of accepting my comments/articles? Is there a guide on how to scrape GSA lists with internal GSa tools or tools like Scrapebox or A-parser. What footprints and how to use them etc?
The thing is just buying a monthly subscription for updated GSA lists would give me a huge database but the sites would be mostly irrelevant.
