For recaptcha you can use either ipv4 or ipv6 - this is what's recommended: https://reproxy.network/
For Hcaptcha you can only use ipv4 - rotating proxies will work best as they do get banned easily. Or a few hundred private proxies may also work well. Hcaptcha isn't working right now in XEvil. Waiting for an update from them to fix it.
Im using Buyproxies and have been for years only 10-20 shared now on low threads for Serlists Web 2.0 add-on. I set rotate proxy each run and select "http list" in recaptcha module of evil.
These are ipv4. I use gsa captcha breaker --> xevil ---> 2 captcha with good results.
I like having Gsa CB because it shows log nicely and from where/how captcha was solved. You can also set accessability and have it read you the answer which I find helpful during testing/debugging. Its nice feature and makes process more intersting for me.
Note: If some submission fail due to captcha in 2captcha, there are more options like 100 percent solve but you will be paying 3.99 per 1000 instaed of 1.00 USD. Also make sure minimum bid is at least 1.00. Mine was set lower and I had "err_no_slot_available" but 2captcha is pretty good like that and even auto emailed me to change settings. I may not have known issue solution otherwise.
Of course there are other providers that work and may be helpful to use multiple services to compare. I use scrapebox to test them as well as GSA.

Cap Monster works fine and it was from nice company exactly as GSA. I wonder why @Sven didn't build to break recaptcha like captchas.

For Xevil H-captchas solving, use dedicated proxies from https://asiavirtualsolutions.com/product/proxy-service/
Check the box to use a new proxy for each request.
