How to enter list of websites to send contact form messages?

I have a list of 1000s of sites where I want the tool to send contact messages (wherever available)
How do I do that? 
There is an option of Add your Own URLs but once I add there , nothing is getting updated 
please help

    right click on project->import...

    Thank you. I was able to import. Just want to confirm that after the importing is complete and I entered project settings window, then the imported websites are NOT going to show up anywhere. Am I right?

    the imported sites will appear in the listing when you click on the project.
