    Edit the project. Go to settings. Then the options tab. Go to the scheduled posting settings and edit the time to wait before first post and time to wait between two posts.

    thanks ,this i now but  i thinks now 2023 year random ,2000-2023 random Year and random time

    Oh you mean the time the post shows at, not how it is scheduled. In this case you can edit it from WordPress directly by editing the post.
    I do not believe this feature is in the program itself.
