catch all emails - "network subsystem is unusable" error

When testing my catchall emails the test shows me "network subsystem is unusable" for all 3 catchalls.

- tested the proxies, they are fine, but mail doesn't work
- tested without proxies, the same
- switched off the firewall of my vps, the same
- tested with imap and pop3

Would be nice if someone may help me with that.
