Grabbing the Text From The H1 of Verified URL

Hello. I feel like I missed this in the docs - is there a way with a macro to grab the text in the h1 tags of the site we are building links to?  I know you can grab the meta_title, but looking for something a little different.  I would like to use this in a tiered project.

Thanks Sven - that's the H1 of the website I am posting to though?  I'm looking for the website I am linking to.

[Edit:} Now that i look at it, it appears the %blog title% gets the meta title for the site we are posting to as well.  I was hoping there would be an easy way on some of my tiered projects to programmatically build links with anchor text built on the meta title and H1 of the page we want to link to.  Is there a way?

let me optimise the macro instead to take the best possible title from the page. It will take h1 or title, whatever looks better.
