add | to search/replace possible

I have this issue with spinrewriter who gets the word 'single' and spins it with 'songs, not knowing I'm referring to human being singles lol

I can use the search/replace but I would prefer to only do that when it's in spintax.
Problem is ' |songs->|females|women|etc ' isn't being recognised with the leading ' | ' symbol

Can this code be updated, @Sven ?

    Have you tried with a leading backslash to the pipe, eg \|

    I just did and that didn't work for me.
    This is being used by selecting a number of articles, right-clicking and choosing 'Select / Replace'

    on that dialog you have the option "word only". You need to unchecxk that and it will work.
