Will gsa search engine ranker be even better when the next generation of internet hits?

So ips at the minute are running out.. but apprently there is going to be a internet update..one day so instead of only a few billion ips there will be trillions of billions of ips... will this update be good for gsa search engine?


Will this mean ips will be much cheaper? (buying different ips for hosting will be cheaper?)
Will this mean public proxies will be everywhere and so many they wont run down? and get blocked?
Will this mean blacklists will be useless and we wont get blocked as much?

or will it mean you will be assigned a ip that is specific to your computer and everything will be much harder and you are even more esialy blocked?

Lets hope its not the later.... could this internet update help gsa even more?

    ips running out? that will never happen, read about IPv6, biggest companies around the world use that already and google if one of those.
