Seriously? I don't know if GSA has made any changes, but when I want to swap to another computer. I must fill out the verification code. Popup tells me to contact Gsa to get the verification code. I got 8 license Gsa products, I sent an email already 1 week ago and no one from GSA replied to my email. Are you professional?

Anyway, I didn't get any email from you, at least not by the same email you used on this forum to sing up (<nick>@g****.com).

We also have no license under that email so I can't even track things down by that fact.

BUT I can tell you that I answer ANY email that I get. Especially problems with licenses.

If you changed your computer, then of course you need to enter name/serial again. There is nothing odd about it.

However, if you get some activation code request then either that license is no longer valid (hard to say but I guess that this is not the case since it worked on the old one) or your system is blocking our license server in some way. It could also be an old version you are using and then all you have to do is installing the latest one from the product page.

I hope this is some serious answer to your question.
