Hi,
The 'Website must contain' is 'And' or 'Or' condition. 
If I put, website must contain: A, B, C.
Does it mean that it has to contain all 3 or one of 3?
Also can I use spintax here?

    each item has to match so each item is the AND
    on each item you can use OR with | but not spintax please, just | for different variations.

    So for example, I can do it like this right?

    !hi|hello|greetings
