Why am I getting so many DL failed?

I see this happening all the time.

I get

13:15:52: [-] 03/13 download failed (SOCK: Connection refused) - 

and

13:15:51: [-] 32/64 download failed (SOCK: Connection reset by peer)

Are these indicating remote system misconfiguration?  Just making sure it's not because of proxies...

This can be the proxy or the server. You can check if when you double click on the entry. If it opens fine in browser, it seems to be a proxy issue.
