Hello @Sven,
I looked for an answer in the GSA forum, Manual & documents, and asked Chatgpt but couldn't figure out.

    There are two ways to find out which engine is using this field.
    1. You click on each engine and the used fields will get highlighted
    2. you can click on the HELP label next to the field to see which one uses it.
    I think there was one wiki engine that also had a basic forum included and thats where it gets used.

    Can this be used in micro messages?

    or only the %url% one?  Thanks!!

    you can use html but it will be removed ones the input field on a site does not allow this.
