can SER post to Web 2.0 account? (not create account)

If I buy Web 2.0 accounts (with username and password) from fiverr, can I use SER to post to these Web 2.0 accounts?
If can, how?

I cannot find any of the popular Web 2.0 platform (e.g. weebly, blogger, Diigo) in SER engine, so I assume that I cannot import account and do posting. Thank you.
