adjust layout width and height

Any idea why I cannot move / adjust the layout width and height? Only can move / adjust one of them. This happen since few weeks ago. Previously I can move 3 of them.

try to reset the sizes via manually editing "config.ini".

1. quit SER
2. open notepad "%appdata%\GSA Search Engine Ranker\config.ini"
3. search for [posi] and remove the wholöe section and it's content
4. save file
5. start SER
