indexer for tier3 gsa search engine ranker?

My link strategy is this:
niche edits / low quality guest posts (tier1) < premium web2.0 / social bookmarking (tier2) < gsa ser with verified list (tier3)
Is an index service recommended for my tier3? I know indexing is hard those days and I use good indexers for tier1 and 2 but this services are too expensive for tier3 volume. Is there anything affordable for tier3 and also useful. I do around 35/40k verifieds per day.
