Keyword Settings for Content Generator

in GSA Content Generator
When adding Keywords to scrape for in Content Generator, do I need to add quotation marks to the keyword phrases or it's not necessary?

For example -

Itch Relief or "Itch Relief"

Would Content Generator know to scrape phrases without quotation marks? or do I have to insert the marks?

    It would not search with quotes unless you give it to the keyword.
