How to add a new list / new URLs

Hi, can someone please give me a hint (maybe link to  tutorial or something like this) how I can add a new list or just some URLs?

    Unsure exactly your circumstances but if you've scraped URLs, then you might want to look at using main settings >> tools >> import URLs
    I found this useful link which is what I'm using over directly importing into projects.
