Project is not running although status is active

Dear seniors, i would like to seek for your professional guidelines, as i have been running the projects for years now. At first the project is running smoothly in the beginning, but recently the project has been stop running, and i got no clue on it.

Can anyone give me advice on actually what is happening ?

I have been using the same method with different articles and email address for 10 projects, but only 5 of them is running, but another 5 is totally break down.
