Unable to export keywords by clipboard or file

Trying to export using clipboard / file but not working 
Restarted the program few times but still not helping
Its giving an empty file and even when I try to paste , nothing gets pasted
Am I doing anything wrong?

I think you treat "selected" as "checked", but "selected" really means that you have to highlight them with the mouse.
