Can't register my new GSA Search Engine Ranker

Hi,

I bought yesterday GSA SER and got Name and Serial from shareit.com the same day.
I put these credentials in GSA and restarted software and GSA starts as DEMONSTRATION VERSION everytime!
I wrote at info@gsa-online.de but they are sleeping.

Somebody could help me with it?

    Problem fixed.
    shareit send me Name with polish signs.
    If You want to register in GSA use only alphanum signs :(

    Can you give me an example of how you solved this? I have the same problem.

    I got from shareit.com Name: Bob Gżegżółka and turn it into Bob Gzegzolka.
