GSA Website Contact not working after update

I just updated it some time back
And since then when I go to Project settings and then configure the proxy settings, the Settings screen is not closing
Clickng the X or the OKAY button is not helping (marked red below)
I have to switch it off from task manager everytime

    is there anything else opened in background like the proxy dialog?
