Setting sticky posts

Not sure if this is already a function or if it could be...

For the sites that allow repeat contextual posts on the same account, would gsa be able to submit a first very well written post that would pass even a manual inspection and set that to be the homepage/sticky post that is always at the top?

    No, thats usually an option for moderators/admins.

    I guess I'm thinking more of the few web 2.0 sites it subs to, not sure if any of the social networks have this sort of thing...pretty much on your own subdomain vs just an inner page
