There was a warning while running the project, and I'm curious about it while looking into it.

What is the fundamental reason for the warning phrase "No targers to post to(maybe blocked by search engine, no scheduled posting)"?

Also, is this warning a problem that must be solved?

Finally, what steps should be taken to prevent the warning from appearing?
