hardware requirements for best performance?

since GSA SER is 32bit and not 64bit, what hardware requirments will do for best perfoemance:

CPU cores/threads?
RAM?

    • at least 4gb RAM, better 8 GM (though only 3.8GB usable for SER itself, rest for system).
    • any decent CPU will do
    • more important is the network speed
    • maybe SSD for drive c: for quicker workflow

    Does more CPU cores / CPU threads (Not the proxy threads) benefit?
    CPU 4 vs 16 cores etc.

    Yes, but maybe 8 cores are more than enough here.
