Is this bug for proxy scrape?

Because i set the time 30 minute for scrape proxy but that never scrape the proxy, This is bug?

    After scrape and check finish already, wait for 30 minute for search but just never search and check already

    may i know this is bug? Because use mobile phone open the website show me this after redirect page

    according to that screenshots, it is still scraping and proxies. You see the ABORT button and also a lot of activity in the log.
