Adding a new tier x site

If I manually create a new site, let's say a Tier 1 pointing to MS, how do I add it to GSA SER?

Can I simply add it to an existing project and it will start getting links? Or do I need to add it as its own separate project?

    Go to verified links, and import the URL and it will scan it and add it or add it as a seperate project and enter the URL field.
