Comments - Have both name and anchor text in same comment

Hi.  I'm pretty sure this is possible, but I'm struggling to try to make it work.  I'd like to use names as anchor text for the comments that expect names, but then try to drop actual generic anchor text and link into the body of the comment.
Can someone point me in the right direction?  Thanks.
