Issue with threads

 Hi, I'm a new member here.
I need your help.
My GSA SER  works only in 100 threads, but in the setting, I have chosen 300-400.
You can see that CPU and memory use less than 3 % each.
What should I do in this case?

This usually happens if there are not so many targets to post to.
