how to prevent gsa from building links on a particular domain?

I have a particular domain in my verified list that gsa can successfully build a link on, but have noticed they all always get banned/deleted. 

So how do I get this out of my verified list and prevent gsa from bothering building links on it ever again?

Do I need to manually find and delete it from my internal verified lists and/or add it to the filter section in the settings area?

Simply add it to the global blacklist in options.
