Interesting Thing Happened - Any Solutions?

So this interesting thing happend.

1 Website owner reported my proxy provider regarding Abuse SPAM via Contact Form. (that was just 1 contact form submission to that website)

And my proxy provider suspended my Proxy account.

Is this normal, is there any proxy service that doesn't care to such abuse reports ?

Any proxy service you would like to recommend for using with GSA Website Contact ?
