Confused with Selected items on Stop / Restart a CAMPAIGN

Hi,

When ever i stop a running campaign and Again start it to SEND, a message pop up saying "USE ONLY SELECTING ITEMS"

What actually it do if i have : 100000 sites ; checked/sent 50000

Should i tick Yes on the popup or NO.

As of now i an doing NO and I see the number of checked  / sent increasing from where it is.

But i am still confused with this.

Can any one plz clearify me.

    If you select items/URLs in the project's website listing, it asks if you want to submit to them only. Obviously you do want to send to everything and not a subset so clicking NO is correct.

    btw i only click on project and click SEND (from the top menu)
