Force link to first paragraph in article

Am I being stupid or is there no way to do this? I see options to force my link to the last paragraph, or a random location.

    Usually it will insert a link on an anchor text that is hopefully in the article. This placement options in article manager are just a fallback when this is not happening.
    But yes, it does not have an option to put it on first paragraph.
