Grab data from http requests?

Hi,
@Sven
is that possible to grab some data from HTTP requests that are done during checking/ sending?
For ex. save phone/ address/ email by giving regex?

    That would get us in trouble again when collecting that data. We had a product before and had to discontinue it.
