Error in Spin text

When constructing spin text, I usually test them at https://wmtools.me/spintax-tool

So with a test text of {the Philippines|Manila, Philippines|Cebu, Philippines|Luzon, Philippines|Visayas, Philippines}, I find the comma appears to be taken as an alternative when I think anything between the |... should be usually literally/verbatim.
Example, GSA testing displays Manila instead of Manila, Philippines. 

Looks incorrect to me though but could certainly confuse GSA's brain

    You use spin syntax on keywords? It's supported there but you really better use "," only.

    I was am using spin syntax in LSI as well as areas such as comments etc

    It's a good idea to use spin syntax there, but not for keywords.
